Can the Talent Terms of Service be modified for my situation?

No. The terms are intentionally uniform across the platform so payment processes, risk allocation, and termination rights work the same way for everyone. Go Fractional doesn't negotiate the Talent Terms of Service or agree to changes, exceptions, or side letters for individual members.

Our support team is happy to explain how any section works, but an email or support reply can't change or waive the terms.

Where your situation is handled instead
