Can I work directly with a client Go Fractional introduced me to?

Any work with a client Go Fractional introduced should run through Go Fractional, during the engagement and for 12 months afterward, unless Go Fractional approves it in writing or the client pays the required conversion fee. Breaching this non-circumvention clause carries a penalty of $40,000 or 20% of your first-year compensation with that client, whichever is higher.
