What happens if there's a dispute?

We'd always rather talk it through first, so start with your Go Fractional point of contact or hello@gofractional.com. If something can't be resolved between us, the Talent Terms of Service set out the process:

• Disputes go to binding arbitration in New York County, New York, under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules.
• Each side covers its own costs and legal fees.
• Either side can still go to court in New York County for injunctive relief, for example to stop an ongoing breach.
• The agreement is governed by New York law.
