Can Go Fractional use my name and profile in marketing?
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Yes. While your agreement is active, you give Go Fractional permission to use your name, LinkedIn and other social media information, work history, logo, and trademark for marketing and promotion, for example on our website and social channels. This is Section 12.1 of the Talent Terms of Service, and it's similar to the permission you give platforms like LinkedIn when you create a profile there.
Good to know
- You get the same in return. You can use Go Fractional's name and logo in your own marketing.
- It ends when you leave. The permission stops once you give written notice that you're deactivating your profile, or if you're removed from the community.
- It's the same for everyone. The terms aren't changed for individual members. See Can the Talent Terms of Service be modified for my situation?
I need to keep my fractional work discreet. What can I do?
Use your profile visibility setting. Go to app.gofractional.com/settings (in the app: Profile, then Settings), choose an option under Visibility, and click Save changes.
- Public: your profile can appear in search engines.
- Unlisted: your profile is reachable only through its direct link. Our team can still put you forward to clients.
- Hidden: only you can view your profile.

Step-by-step instructions are in How to Make Your Go Fractional Profile Public, Unlisted, or Hidden.
