What is a Statement of Work (SOW), and where do I find mine?

The Statement of Work (SOW) is the agreement between you and Go Fractional for one specific engagement. The client signs a separate agreement with Go Fractional on their side. Every engagement gets its own SOW, and it's the source of truth for that engagement.

What an SOW covers

• The work and services you'll provide
• The length of the engagement
• Your fees and the payment schedule
• The notice period for ending the engagement
• Any other important details

Go Fractional prepares the SOW once you and the client have agreed to work together. Please read it carefully and ask us anything before you sign. That's the best moment to raise questions about scope, timing, or pay.

How it fits with the Talent Terms

The Talent Terms of Service are the same for every member and set the general framework. Your SOW holds everything specific to one engagement: scope, length, fees, payment dates, and notice period.

Where to find your contracts

In the app, open Work, then Contracts, or go straight to app.gofractional.com/work/contracts. Your contracts are listed there once you accept an opportunity.
