Will I need to sign additional agreements directly with a client?

Usually not. Confidentiality is already built into your Go Fractional agreement, so in most engagements there's nothing more to sign.

Two things can come up:

• During interviews, a client may ask you to sign an NDA before sharing details.
• Occasionally, a client prefers to have its own confidentiality and IP assignment agreement in place. This is rare, and sometimes it arrives after your SOW is signed.

Under the Talent Terms of Service, you agree to sign documents like these when a client reasonably asks. If something in one looks unusual, send it to your Go Fractional contact and we'll take a look with you.
