Who owns what I create during an engagement?

Ownership is defined in each SOW. Generally, IP rights in your deliverables are assigned through your SOW to Go Fractional, which assigns them onward to the client under Go Fractional’s own agreement with that client. Go Fractional keeps ownership of its platform, website, and related materials.
