What is Go Fractional’s fee, and does it ever change?

Go Fractional charges a 20% platform fee, taken from what the client pays for your work. You receive the fee set out in your SOW, which the Talent Terms describe as anticipated to be 80% of what the client pays. For example, if a client pays $150 per hour for your work, you receive $120.

What the fee covers

Matching you with companies
Creating and managing contracts
Billing and collecting payments
Account management and support throughout the engagement

Does it ever change?

The split is the same across engagements, and it isn't negotiated member by member. What does change from one engagement to the next is your rate, which is agreed each time and written into that engagement's SOW. Your SOW always states your exact fee.

What if a client hires me full-time?

If the relationship evolves and a client hires you directly, the client pays Go Fractional a one-time conversion fee. That fee is the client's to pay, not yours.

Good to know: Joining is free and there is no exclusivity requirement. You are always free to source and run fractional work independently outside the platform.
