How long does the application review take?

Most applicants hear back within about two weeks, either with an invitation to a short intro call or a decision on their application. During busy stretches the queue can grow, which may push things out a bit. There's no need to apply twice.

How do I know whether my profile is live?

Submitting an application doesn't make your profile public by itself. Once you're approved, we'll send instructions to claim and complete your profile.

To check, open your public profile link while signed out, or in a private browser window. If you can see it, so can everyone else. You'll find the link by clicking View profile at the top of app.gofractional.com/settings.

If it isn't showing, check that you have:

• Received confirmation that your application was approved
• Claimed your profile
• Completed the required profile information
• Accepted the Talent Terms of Service while claiming your profile
• Set Visibility to Public in Profile settings, then clicked Save changes

Public profile changes can take a few minutes to appear, and search engines may take longer.
