My application seems to have been auto-rejected. Is that normal?

Our team reviews applications, and role-specific applications also pass through an automated fit check. If you believe a rejection missed the mark, for example because a formatting issue elsewhere in the application made your profile look incomplete, email hello@gofractional.com and ask for a manual review. We have corrected auto-rejections this way before.
