How do I fully delete my account and data?

Before you delete, it's worth knowing you don't have to. Having an account costs nothing and doesn't oblige you to take on work, and you can keep using the job board and the community while you're not available.

Option 1: Pause instead

Set your profile to Hidden and your availability to Currently not available at app.gofractional.com/settings. Your profile and history stay intact, and you can switch back on any time. See I want to step away for a while but might come back. What should I do?

Option 2: Delete your account

You can do this yourself, no email required. Head to app.gofractional.com/account#/security (in the app: click your name at the bottom of the left menu, choose Account, then Security) and select Delete account. Your personal data is removed in line with applicable privacy regulations. If you run into any trouble, hello@gofractional.com is happy to help.

Keep in mind: If you rejoin later, you will go through screening again. A deleted profile and its history do not carry over.
